We are introducing Hot & Salty - a unique sauna village surrounded by the sea, where the contrast between hot and cold brings calm for the body and clarity for the mind. Here the journey begins into the sensational world of Northern Norwegian nature, a hot bath and a salty sea. Find your own rythm between the silence, heat and fresh breeze.

The whole facility has a capacity for 40 guests.

A bar with a selection of alcohols and exciting non-alcoholic alternatives.
Alcohol is served from 13:00.
Max 3 units per person, please respect that other guests are there to find peace and quiet.

Aufguss rituals every week included in the price.
Rituals every monday, wednesday and friday 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00.

Fully equiped wardrobes with lockable lockers and warm showers.

A sauna host is always present to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Membership

100 kr/month (6-month commitment). As a member, you pay NOK 288 per visit, and you may bring a friend at the same discounted price (NOK 288).

Tips

Bring two towels, one for after the shower and one to sit on in the sauna.
