We are introducing Hot & Salty - a unique sauna village surrounded by the sea, where the contrast between hot and cold brings calm for the body and clarity for the mind. Here the journey begins into the sensational world of Northern Norwegian nature, a hot bath and a salty sea. Find your own rythm between the silence, heat and fresh breeze.
Hot & Salty consists of both a wood fired and an electic sauna, a salty hot water pool, cold showers outside and a relaxation room with a view of the sea. You will also find changing rooms with hot showers and a bar where you can order a drink straight from the pool. The area is open for swimming all year round - regardless of whether you seek quiet in the warm pool or the cold shock of the sea.
