2.1 Registration and Collection of Personal Data
Ramsalt Næring AS processes the information provided when a company registers as an interested party or customer. This may include company name, contact person, company address/invoicing address, telephone number, and email address.
When recruiting for new positions, we process submitted CVs, applications, certificates, and references. This processing is based on the consent you provide when applying. Ramsalt Næring AS does not collect personal identification numbers, dates of birth, or information related to personal payment cards.
Processing of Personal Data Related to Bookings and Stays at Ramsalt Hot & Salty
In connection with bookings made by you, or by others on your behalf, we process the personal data necessary for us to fulfil the agreement regarding your booking and the purchase of service. This includes information you have provided directly to us, or that you have supplied through a travel agency or external partner. We process, for example, information about your identity, your contact details, and your payment information. We also register all purchases and reservation you make with us - such as your choice of sauna, bar services, and similar - in order to deliver these services and to ensure that you are able to pay for them.
We process this information for as long as necessary to fulfil the booking agreement with you, and additionally for as long as applicable laws or regulatory requirements oblige us to do so. We log the use of wristbands in our booking system. This is done to prevent crime and for safety reasons, including fire safety.
2.2 Purpose of Processing
We use personal data to manage customer relationships and deliver the services you register for, including service delivery and invoicing.
2.3 Personal Data in Relation to Marketing
If you have consented to receive newsletters from us, we may send you updates based on that consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each newsletter. Any other marketing activities by Ramsalt Næring AS are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation.
