Terms and Conditions – Ramsalt Hot & Salty

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through our website, including sauna session bookings, gift cards, and memberships. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Sauna Session Booking

  • Bookings are binding and have to be cancelled at the least 24 hours before the booked time in order to be refunded.
  • It is possible to cancel bookings online via "My page" at ramsalt.no if the booking was made while being logged in with a user account, otherwise cancellation has to be done by sending an email to hotandsalty@ramsalt.no.
  • No-shows without cancellation will not be refunded.

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • They can be used for sauna bookings or membership purchases.
  • Unused balances will not be refunded after the expiry date.

4. Membership

  • Membership includes a monthly fee that is automatically charged via the selected payment method.
  • The membership has a binding period of 6 months from the start date.
  • After the binding period, the membership can be cancelled at any time with 1 month's notice.
  • Cancellation can be made via “My Page” at ramsalt.no or by sending an email to hotandsalty@ramsalt.no.
  • If cancelled before the binding period ends, the remaining months will be invoiced.
  • Membership provides discounted entry prices for the member and one guest accompanying the member.
  • Membership benefits apply only to the registered member and one accompanying guest, and cannot be transferred to others.

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed through secure payment solutions available on the website.
  • All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
  • If payment for membership is not received, access to services may be temporarily suspended.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Time-specific services (such as bookings) are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Norwegian angrerettlov § 22 letter m.
  • For memberships and gift cards, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been used.

7. Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Updates will be published on the website and apply from the date of publication.
